The handmade Oxford Tartan Pet Bow features a classic blue and green tartan with fine yellow and red lines. It brings a smart, timeless look to your dog or cat’s collar. The traditional check is easy to wear day to day while still feeling a little more considered.

Part of our Signature Collection, this bow is made using carefully chosen fabrics and designed to balance everyday comfort with a more refined finish.

Each bow is individually made, so pattern placement will vary slightly, which is a natural part of the handmade process.

Will the pet bow hold its shape?
Yes. Each Urban Tails pet bow is reinforced with interfacing to help it keep its shape while still feeling lightweight and comfortable for your pet to wear.

How does the pet bow attach to the collar?
All pet bows have double elastic loops on the back. The collar slides through the loops so the bow sits securely in place without twisting or slipping.

Will the pet bow fit my dog’s collar?
The elastic loops are designed to fit most standard collars. If you have a very wide or very narrow collar, feel free to get in touch before ordering and I can advise.

Can the pet bow be worn all the time?
Yes, the bows are designed to be comfortable enough for everyday wear, but like any accessory they should be checked regularly for signs of wear and tear.

Are the pet bows suitable for cats as well as dogs?
Yes, as long as your cat wears a collar, the smaller bow sizes work well for most cats.

Are the pet bows handmade?
Yes. Every bow is cut and sewn by hand in the UK in small batches, so pattern placement may vary slightly from the photos.

If you need a size that isn’t listed, please get in touch before ordering. Because everything is handmade, I can often make small adjustments.
