Urban Tails Collars

Our collars come in 4 standard sizes, extra small, small, medium and large but can be customised to meet your dog's needs. 

Not all our collars will be pre-made. If I am attending an event there are usually a certain number of products ready to go. If the size you require is in stock then it can be shipped quicker than if it needs to be specially made.

 

XS - Width 1.5cm, (5/8") Length 19cm - 24cm (7.5" - 9.5")

S - Width 2cm, (3/4") Length 24cm - 34cm (9.5"-13.5")

M - Width 2cm, (3/4") Length 34cm - 41cm (13.5"-16.5"

L - Width 2.5cm (1") Length 39cm - 54 cm (15.5" - 21.5")

 

These sizes are only a guide. As all products sold by Urban Tails are handmade there maybe some variation in size. If you are unsure please contact Nicole with your pets neck size and she will be able to advise the best option.

 

Customisations of Collars

Sometimes the "standard collar" is not going to be a suitable option for your pet. As all Urban Tails Products are handmade by Nicole there is the ability for them to be customised.

Collars can be customised in the following ways:

  • Width of the collar. Our smallest width is 1cm (0.4 inches)  and we can make collars up to 5cm (2 inches). If you require a larger width than this please get in touch.
  • Length of the collar. If your dog is between sizes and you wish to reduce some of the bulk (where the collar adjusts) this can be achieved. Just email us with your dog's neck measurement and a collar can be made with a smaller amount of adjustment.
  • Collar hardware. This can be changed if you would prefer a metal buckle or size adjustor please just let us know.
  • If you would like to have your phone number embroidered onto the collar we can help, just let us know.

 

Please note that customisations can take a little longer as they will need to be made specially. Sometimes things such as hardware or items that we don't routinely use can be out of stock and will need to be ordered. If you need your item for a particular date please contact us to find out if that is possible. 


Urban Tails Leads

We have two sizes of leads and can be customised to meet your needs.

Most of our standard leads are pre-made depending on the events that are coming up then there are usually a certain number of products ready to go. Leads can be dispatched quickly if they are made. Toy leads are made to order and may take a little longer to arrive.

Toy - Width 2cm (3/4") Length 120cm (47" approx). This size lead is made to order and will show as low stock in the product page.

Standard - Width 2.5cm (1") Length 120cm (47" approx).


Lead Customisations

Different leads can be customised in the following ways:

  • Length: can be longer or shorter depending on your needs
  • Swivel Clips can be added to each end so that it can attach at either end or both ends if needed for a collar and harness.

Urban Tails Bows

There are three standard sizes of bow ties and unless they have been sold at an event should usually be made and in stock. 

S - Length approx. 4"

M - Length approx. 5"

L - Length approx. 6"

Urban Tails Bandanas

Our bandanas slips through your dog's collar to reduce irritation and ensures your pups safety. 

S - Length approx. 5inch

M - Length approx. 6inch

L - Length approx. 8.5inch
