Deliveries will be made weekday evenings or over weekends - usually once a week

In stock Products

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 4 days.

Delivery should be within 7 working days from dispatch

Tracking will be added after dispatch 

 

Pre-orders, Back Orders, Made To Measure & Bespoke/Personalised Items

These orders will have a longer delivery time.

Sometimes we need to order bespoke fabric/hardware and Urban Tails cannot control these lead times.

If you require your item within a certain timescale please contact us before ordering.

 

Delivery Issues

Evri requires the parcel to be with them for 7 days before Urban Tails can contact them to investigate.

Royal Mail asks to allow 15 working days for items to arrive. Once your item is dispatched please allow 15 working days before contacting Urban Tails. If your order has still not arrived after 15 working days please contact us with your order number hello@urbantails.pet
