How do I attach the poo bag holder to the lead?
Each Urban Tails poo bag holder includes a strong metal clip, allowing it to attach easily to your dog lead, bag, belt loop or rucksack when you're out walking.
How do I use the poo bag holder?
Simply open the zip, place a standard roll of poo bags inside, then pull the first bag through the metal eyelet on the front. Once zipped closed, the bags will dispense one at a time as you pull them through.
What size poo bag rolls fit inside?
Urban Tails poo bag holders are designed to fit most standard-sized poo bag rolls. Each holder also comes with a starter roll of Adios biodegradable poo bags.
Where is the best place to attach it on the lead?
Many people attach the holder to the lead handle so bags are always within easy reach. Others prefer attaching it slightly further down the lead to keep the weight away from their hand during walks.
Can the pouch be used for treats instead?
Yes. Some customers use their pouch as a small treat bag for training or rewards. If you'd prefer it without the dispensing eyelet, simply leave a note at checkout and it can be made that way.

The pouch can be washed at 30°C in a delicates bag. Allow it to air dry naturally and avoid tumble drying to help maintain the shape and fabric.
